Let’s be honest, sometimes putting on real clothes and driving across town feels like a lot. With online therapy, you can meet with me from the comfort of your own couch, favorite chair, or wherever you feel most relaxed.

Sessions are held through a secure video platform, and phone sessions are available if that’s a better fit for you. Online therapy makes it easier to get the support you need, especially if you have a busy schedule, transportation challenges, health concerns, or simply prefer the comfort and privacy of home.
